Watch Installation
Required Before Installation
- Pre-cut trigger (Hoffman spec required)
- Mil-spec springs
- H2 or H3 buffer (critical)
- Mil-spec AR-15 lower
Step-by-Step Installation
1. Replace Trigger Shoe
Install pre-cut trigger and reuse springs.
2. Install Hammer
Reinstall hammer and spring.
Hammer must be cocked before continuing.
3. Install Selector + Lever
Insert detent bar through transfer lever.
- Lever faces rear
- Points away from hammer
4. Rotate to Semi
Set selector to semi position.
5. Install Grip + Detent
Confirm selector clicks properly.
6. Install Cam (CRITICAL)
- Groove facing down
- Closest to lever
Incorrect cam position will cause failure.
7. Install Primary Selector
Match ambi selector position.
8. Secure System
Install final screw.
9. Function Check
- Trigger resets properly
- No binding
- Lever stays forward
Troubleshooting
Heavy Trigger
Lightly polish trigger edge.
BCG Binding
Check for high shelf lower.
Trigger Not Resetting
Upgrade buffer (H2 or H3)
Compatibility
Not compatible with AR-10 / LR-308 or non-M16 BCG platforms.
