Where is my order?
Once your order ships you'll get a tracking email automatically. You can also check status any time from your account page. If tracking hasn't updated in several days, message us with your order number and we'll chase the carrier.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within INSERT_RETURN_WINDOW of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies to returns. Installed or fired parts cannot be returned for safety reasons. Full terms are in our refund policy.
I need to cancel or change my order.
Message us as soon as possible. If a shipping label hasn't been created yet, we can cancel for a full refund or edit the order. Once the label prints, it has to go through the return process instead.
My package arrived damaged or never showed up.
Contact us with your order number and photos if there's visible damage. We handle lost and damaged shipments directly rather than sending you to the carrier.
Are forced reset triggers legal where I live?
Legality depends on your state and current federal status, and it has changed several times. We keep a dedicated page updated with the current picture: Are FRT Triggers Legal? We can't give legal advice, so please verify your local law before ordering.
Will this trigger work in my rifle?
Most of what we sell is built for mil-spec AR-15 platforms, but fitment varies by lower and buffer setup. Start with how forced reset triggers work, then message us with your rifle details if you're still unsure.
